The Mahatma Gandhi Human Rights Organization is a Budapest based humanitarian organization that was created in 1992. The vision of the founder, Mr. Gibril Deen, is to fight for the rights of migrants and refugees, to combat racism and discrimination against foreigners and to encourage at all levels social inclusion in our community.
Exibition of African art at the Hungarian Parliament Hall
Together with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and some other Human Rights Organizations Mahtma Gandhi marked the fifth anniversary of the African Union. In that name, we formed an exibition of African art at the Hungarian Parliament Hall-Orszaggyules Irodahaz. The Deputy State Secretetary for Global Actors, Peter Wintermantel pointed out: that is very important to support this kind of events in order for Hungary to promote respect to multicultarlism and celebrate different nations traditions.
One more time, Mahamtma Gandhi used the moment to raise human rights issues regarding eqal right to education for marginalized children and promote system of values in respect to having fundamental rights in Europe.
